Purpose of the Position
Verification, trouble-shooting and root cause analysis for test objects. Participation in testing activities, vehicle builds, expeditions etc.
Key responsibilities
- Verification of complete vehicle electrical functions
- Trouble-shooting and analysis of issues, recommend solutions or alternatives to the issues
- Participate in testing activities, vehicle builds, expeditions
- Support continuous improvements of processes, methods, technology or tools
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination
- Document plans, reports and knowledge
- Any other tasks assigned
Key Performance Measurement
- Proficiency in English, communication skills and outspoken
- Active team player, be able to work under pressure
- Passions with automobile and technology, especially electrical/electronics & software, enthusiastic to learn
- Strong analytical skills, hands-on capability
- Willing to travel frequently or stay in manufacturing sites
Experience Required
- More than 5 years relevant experience and solid knowledge of automotive electrical/electronic system, distributed system, network technology, software process
- Hands-on experience with software tools, e.g. CANalyzer, CANoe, etc., will be an advantage
- Driving license required
